1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all jewelry boxes, certificates, and tags.
- The item must be free from damage, scratches, or any signs of wear caused by the customer.
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or Clearance are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.

3. REFUND POLICY
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Refund details:
